Return and Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Jayshankar Ayurveda does not accept return or refund requests. However, under the following circumstances, we are happy to work with our valued customers to find a fair and satisfactory resolution:


In Case of a Damaged Product

  1. Customers must notify Jayshankar Ayurveda of any damaged product(s) within 5 days of the delivery date by sending an email to malishkaexport@gmail.com.
  2. The email should include:
    • Order number
    • Image of the invoice
    • One clear outer box image
    • Two clear images of the damaged product
  3. For orders with multiple items, only the damaged product can be returned and replaced.
  4. We will promptly replace the damaged item(s) and collaborate with you to ensure a fair resolution.
  5. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In Case of a Missing Product

  1. Notify us of any missing product(s) within 5 days of the delivery date via email at malishkaexport@gmail.com.
  2. The email should include:
    • Order number
    • Image of the invoice
    • One clear outer box image
    • Two clear images of the opened box showing all received items
  3. Refunds are not available, but we will promptly resend the missing item(s).
  4. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In Case of a Spoiled Product

  1. Notify us of product spoilage within 7 days of the delivery date via email at malishkaexport@gmail.com.
  2. The email should include:
    • Order number
    • Packaging/manufacture date
    • Clear images or a video of the product
  3. Variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are not eligible for returns. Our products are handmade and natural, which means no two batches are identical. However, we ensure the highest quality ingredients and retention of maximum nutritional value.
  4. After due investigation, spoiled products will be replaced. We assure a fair resolution at all times.
  5. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

Refunds

  1. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  3. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  4. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at malishkaexport@gmail.com.
